中央式焊煙凈化系統，就是針對：焊接工位比較多，工序連接緊密，多工序混合加工，且車間內部相對工況比較復雜的工況而設計的。 在車間內部中我們采取負壓吸收方式，每個捕捉終端將根據實際工況，設計不同的終端捕捉裝置，既可在打磨工作區對面或者側面（也可以兼而有之）上設置個吸風罩，也可以直接使用萬向吸氣臂來完全覆蓋整個工作區域產塵源。在捕捉裝置的前端還特別加裝了：預過濾器或者火花阻擋器，以阻止火花吸入除塵器濾筒，確保完全避免可能的火災隱患。每個吸風罩(萬向吸氣臂)都將通過主管路和凈化主機相連接，粉塵通過吸風口進入主管道，再通過主管道進入凈化主機，并由凈化主機統一完成凈化。
