1、移動機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置

移動行走機(jī)構(gòu)可參照龍門吊車裝置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，但主驅(qū)動裝置應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)4個，在噴漆房一邊設(shè)2個，一前一后布置，即使有設(shè)備的安裝誤差及軌道的水平度誤差，也始終一邊至少有一個驅(qū)動裝置在工作，這樣三點(diǎn)定一面，噴漆房的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，避免室體在移動過程中出現(xiàn)偏移，甚至卡死的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

對于固定式噴漆室，由送風(fēng)機(jī)通過風(fēng)管對噴漆室動壓層送風(fēng)，而對于移動式噴漆室，顯然不能采用同樣的送風(fēng)方式，它采用的方式是送風(fēng)量不變，將大功率風(fēng)機(jī)變成若干臺小風(fēng)機(jī)，風(fēng)機(jī)直接從車間抽風(fēng)經(jīng)過濾后向噴漆室靜壓層送風(fēng)。
For fixed spray paint rooms, the supply fan supplies air to the dynamic pressure layer of the spray paint room through the air duct, while for mobile spray paint rooms, the same supply method cannot be used. It uses a method where the supply air volume remains unchanged, turning high-power fans into several small fans, and the fans directly extract air from the car room and filter it before supplying air to the static pressure layer of the spray paint room.
3、機(jī)組擺放位置
