What are the operating instructions for industrial painting assembly lines? 

　　1、工業(yè)涂裝流水線的電器操作簡(jiǎn)要工業(yè)涂裝流水線的電源需要三相四線，外面裝有總開關(guān)一個(gè)，（可用三相四線四開關(guān)，也可以用開關(guān)只控制三相電源，注意一定不能將二種接法的零線也經(jīng)過(guò)另外一個(gè)開關(guān)。

　　1. The electrical operation of the industrial painting assembly line is brief. The power supply of the industrial painting assembly line needs to be three-phase four wire, with a main switch installed on the outside. (Three phase four wire four switch can be used, or the switch can be used to control only the three-phase power supply. Note that the neutral wire of the two connection methods must not pass through another switch.).

　　2、啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的方法： 先接通電源，此時(shí)三盞電源指示燈全部都會(huì)亮，證明三相電源已經(jīng)到配電箱。此時(shí)可以按一下電機(jī)開的藍(lán)色按鈕，就可啟動(dòng)電機(jī)，假如不能啟動(dòng)，可以打開配電箱門，看一下一排的二個(gè)開關(guān)，紅色長(zhǎng)、藍(lán)色的短。如果不是將此藍(lán)色的壓下去就可。電動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)之后，然后打開工業(yè)涂裝流水線調(diào)速表的開關(guān)，再將調(diào)速表的電位器慢慢往上調(diào)，使轉(zhuǎn)速表達(dá)到想要的速度。關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)先將調(diào)速表的電位器慢慢往下調(diào)至零，然后關(guān)閉調(diào)速表開關(guān)，再按一下電機(jī)關(guān)紅色按鈕，就可停止電機(jī)。然后將總開關(guān)關(guān)閉。

　　2. The method of starting the motor: First, connect the power supply. At this time, all three power indicator lights will light up, proving that the three-phase power supply has arrived at the distribution box. At this point, you can press the blue button to start the motor. If it cannot be started, you can open the distribution box door and check the two switches in a row, the red one is long and the blue one is short. If you don't press down on this blue one. After starting the electric motor, turn on the switch of the speed control meter on the industrial painting assembly line, and slowly increase the potentiometer of the speed control meter to express the desired speed. When shutting down, first slowly lower the potentiometer of the speedometer to zero, then turn off the speedometer switch, and press the red button to stop the motor. Then turn off the main switch.

　　3、日光燈啟動(dòng)按一下照明的藍(lán)色按鈕，就可啟動(dòng)日光燈，再按一下照明的紅色按鈕，就可以停止日光燈。日光若燈不亮，請(qǐng)檢查日光燈支架上的平開關(guān)是否打開處于1的位置。隨后檢查一排第三個(gè)，第四個(gè)是否處于打開位置。

　　3. To start the fluorescent lamp, press the blue button for illumination, and then press the red button for illumination to stop the fluorescent lamp. If the fluorescent light is not on, please check if the flat switch on the fluorescent light bracket is turned on and in the 1 position. Then check if the third and fourth rows are in the open position.
