1、涂裝流水線總裝配工藝流程的編制。在以往的臺架式生產中,總裝配工藝流程僅體現出各工序在時間上的先后順序,各生產工序按照先后順序簡單的累計和疊加,但是在流水線生產中除了保證工序的先后順序,還需要保證生產節拍。總裝配工藝流程需要進一步優化以保證工序時間的節奏性。
1. Preparation of the overall assembly process flow for the painting assembly line. In previous bench production, the overall assembly process only reflected the chronological order of each process, and each production process was simply accumulated and stacked in order. However, in assembly line production, in addition to ensuring the sequence of processes, it is also necessary to ensure the production pace. 2、涂裝流水線生產臺位的流轉與運輸。在流水線生產方式中,生產臺位需要按照一定的順序平行移動,由于軌道車輛體積與噸位較大,在實現生產臺位安照工藝流程的順序從一個工作地點傳送到另一個工作地點,可以結合軌道車輛自身的結構特點,利用假臺車的形式實現生產過程的連續性。利用假臺車能夠在軌道上移動的功能,可以不用設計與制造專門的移動運輸裝置,節省廠房面積的同時也節省了大量的前期投入。
2. Flow and transportation of production stations on the painting assembly line. In the assembly line production method, the production stations need to move in parallel in a certain order. Due to the large volume and tonnage of rail vehicles, in order to implement the production station installation process, the sequence of transferring from one work site to another can be combined with the structural characteristics of the rail vehicles themselves, and the continuity of the production process can be achieved through the use of fake trolleys. By utilizing the function of the fake trolley being able to move on the track, there is no need to design and manufacture specialized mobile transportation devices, which not only saves factory space but also saves a lot of upfront investment.
3、涂裝流水線料件的配送。在設計流水生產線時,可以利用每個生產臺位周圍的空間存放本工序需要的料件。料件配送到臺位,省去了操作工人領料的時間,使操作工人能夠有更多的時間用于生產而不是浪費在生產輔助時間上。
3. Delivery of painting assembly line components. When designing a production line, the space around each production station can be utilized to store the materials required for this process. The delivery of materials to the station saves the time for operators to collect materials, allowing them to have more time for production rather than wasting it on production support time.
