本方案主要針對焊接車間的人工焊接等工位。經我司現場勘測并和甲方相關人員溝通得知,生產車間除塵方案主要為手工焊接區域,共有57個工位,具體布局如上圖所示:

由于環保標準不斷提高,為保證新增環保設備能滿足以后的標準升級要求,煙塵 經過凈化后,排放濃度低于《大氣污染物綜合排放標準》(GB16297-1996)中Ⅱ類地區大氣污染物項目排放限值中顆粒物濃度 120mg/m?標準要求,顆粒物排放濃度應<20mg/m?。

室內噪聲衛生標準設備及室內系統噪音低于《工作場所有害因素職業接觸限制_物理有害因素》 (GBZ2.2-2007)中規定噪音職業接觸 85dB 的標準要求,在無其他外部噪音時應<85dB。室內空氣衛生標準經過治理后的車間粉塵濃度符合《工作場所有害因素職業接觸限制_化學有害 因素》(GBZ2.1-2019),車間電焊煙塵濃度<4mg/m?。驗收標準以當地環保部門認可的具有檢測資質的第三方檢測機構出具的驗收報告為驗收依據。

過濾單元發生自然異常狀態時,溫控感應器檢測到溫度異常時電控系統自動停止主引風機運行,溫感干粉滅柜開啟噴入滅火劑撲滅火源,如果溫感滅火系統發生故障,過濾單元內部安裝的2套自感型干粉滅火彈,在箱體內溫度高于90度時會自行開啟滅火。
