　　VOCs廢氣處理設備和其它的生產、生活用品一樣，使用中也會出現這樣那樣的問題，但是正常的使用和保養能夠延長VOCs廢氣處理設備的使用壽命，讓設備較加高速的運轉，機器工作時需要處理的廢氣由風管引入凈化塔，噴淋塔經過填料層，在通過袋式除塵器，進入活性炭吸附箱體內，進行吸附廢氣處理，吸附處理過后，再有催化燃燒裝置進行凈化，催化燃燒裝置產生的熱氣流回轉到活性炭吸附箱內，將吸附飽和后的活性炭進行高溫脫附，以此流程凈化后的廢氣可以合理的達到地方排放標準的排放要求，低于我國排放標準。

　　一、VOC廢氣處理設備在不同情況下要如何檢查？

　　1、日常運行檢查：經過試車、調試進入正常生產后，操作人員每天要定期巡回檢查設備現場。把巡回檢查的結果如實記錄下來，與運行記錄一起給予總結，作為定期維修的資料。

4. Regular inspection: After one year of normal production, VOCs waste gas treatment equipment should undergo regular inspection.
